How it works
As the bow is moved the motor also spins since the string of the bow is attached to the motor. Usually when we supply electricity to a motor, it begins to spin. But here the motor spins and in turn electricity is being produced at the other end of the motor. When a bulb is attached to that end, electricity gets supplied to the bulb and it lights up. However the electricity produced is so small that the bulb lights up once every 10 turns. Here kinetic energy gets converted into electrical energy. When the bow is moved in one direction, the red bulb lights up as the motor spins in that direction and when the bow is moved in the opposite direction, the yellow bulb lights up. This is because the electromagnet in the motor changes direction.
